UPDATE: 1/18/2011 - I returned one of my cases for a clear case from mini Suit. Their customer service was excellent but the clear case they sent me did not have an opening in the case for the speaker. I called them and asked for a replacement and the replacement also lacked a speaker hole. Apparently the manufacturer has omitted the speaker hole in the clear cases and who knows what other colors. Make sure if you order one of these cases that it has the speaker hole otherwise your sound will be greatly diminished from your iPod's internal speaker since the speaker opening is being blocked by the form fitting case.

I ordered my "clear" TPU Flexi Soft Gel Skin from minisuit. What I got was not clear but tinted sort of a green color.

The cutouts for the ports and buttons are accurate and I've had no problems using either the volume or on/off button.

The skin is not soft like silicone, but of a harder composition. It is not super flexible, but soft enough that you can easily put your iPod Touch into it. I actually like the feel of the case and the material it is made of. My previous case (a silicone case made by Belkin) was a dirt magnet. Stuff just clung to it. Not so with this case.

I like the argyle pattern and think it looks pretty cool. It also makes it possible to see the Apple Logo on the iPod through the skin.

A note of precaution however: if you have applied a screen protector on your iPod, be very careful when putting on the skin. If you are not really careful to "pull" the corners up and over the iPod, the skin will catch in the corners and cause the screen protector to pull away from the screen and you'll no longer have a good seal.

For the money, this seems to be a really good value. I did already notice in just two days of use, that the case left an imprint of the argyle pattern on the back of my iPod. I was alarmed at first, but then felt better when I was able to rub the pattern off the case with a microfiber cloth.
