I use The GOgroove Flexsmart I in my Ford Focus with my iPhone 4 and my Girlfriend uses it with her iPod touch.I needed a simple solution for mounting my phone when using my GPS app. The neck is very flexible and the mount that grips the phone actually rotates so i can use my phone in landscape or portrait view. It has rubber on the part that goes in my cars cigarette lighter, so it stays firmly in place after I use a decent amount of force to get it in.
I've used the FM Transmitting function while driving to the beach a few times and it seems to work well. I had a few staticy moments when i hit some large bumps, but overall the music is surprisingly clear and super easy to connect to a station.
This Flexsmart has a nice solid feel to it and works better then the two previous transmitters I owned. I would recommend this device to others. Oh ya......it charges my iPhone and iPod too, nice
